1. Services Provided

Admisia Consultants provides professional guidance for university applications, foreign scholarships, document preparation, IELTS coaching, and student visa processes. While we make every effort to guide you towards successful admission and visa approvals, please note:

• Admission Decisions: Final admission decisions rest solely with the respective colleges and universities.
• Visa Approvals: Visa grant decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective foreign embassies, consulates, and immigration departments. We do not guarantee visa approval.

2. User Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide authentic, accurate, and complete documents and details. Submitting falsified, forged, or altered documents is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate service termination.
• Meet established deadlines for application submissions, test registrations, and tuition fee deposits.
• Comply with the rules, codes of conduct, and financial requirements of your target university and destination country.

3. Fees and Payments

Payment details for consultancy retainers, IELTS coaching, or specialized document processing will be explicitly agreed upon in writing. Unless stated otherwise:

• All payments to Admisia Consultants are non-refundable once the service processing begins.
• Application fees, embassy visa fees, document attestation fees, and couriers are paid directly to the respective third-party organizations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, guides, and custom software, is the property of Admisia Consultants and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our site content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Admisia Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from university admission rejections, visa denials, changes in foreign immigration policies, or travel disruptions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
